Dropped Elegant Breastplate today, along with a bunch of other tradeskills junk. No spells

also Drops Tome of Fourth wind RK II.. dropped for me today at 10:37 am
Don't know if they changed it but he never dropped a single spell. Is it sure that he still drops them?
He wasn't up, and I was looking for him (and in the process of killing something else. and *poof* there he was. I "think" he popped approximately here, but he roams. This is the spot where he died.
I just killed him and took 15 minutes to spawn and i had the task when i killed him .
lvl 75 war, 3.1k ac 20k hp, 2.0with 75 merc, nothin special ended fight just now at 4% health, merc outta mana. Got aweful lucky
He casted Blood of Hate on me
how hard does it hit ? cast any spells?
i found him or it ,,did ok untill adds wiped my merc healer then it just went to hell ,yes i got killed :-(

Spawns almost instantly somewhere near fort when killed, ez chronobines/faction if your close to the fort.
Killed him at least 10 times..no gear/spells so far but have heard that they do sometimes drop.
