Lelluran can spawn in several spots. I personally haven't ever see him spawn inside the ranch, but have had him spawn beside me on the hill to the south. I suspect all the horses in the area are PHers.
Dropped two "nighmare mane"s and bridle. Easy single kite for a 77th level Wizard using only the shortest of spells (Wildfire Blast, Ethereal Blast, etc.)
Whole area is full of light blues at 77 and easy kite though a bit of a bore to get to initially, the experience is worthwhile.

Lelluran spawns point is in the stables area near a stack of haye.

We found the mob parked along a tree just outside the fence at loc 1647x-1865 in Loping plains. Not sure if thats from the mob wandering or something else. Will keep you posted. Though mob is easy to find otherwise it seems.

He's not a solid 77, saw him today and he was even at 75.
Just a confirmation, he is a very easy kite, took everything I threw at him.
Also dropped item: Nightmare Eyes ALL/ALL, Size: Small, Wt. 0.2
EDIT: Update: Saw again today, yellow at 76, so seems to have a range 75-77-ish.
Also casts Harm Touch (I took 673 from it), Cascading Darkness, Ignite Blood and a lifetap of some sort (only landed on me for 116). No new drops to add, he only had the bridle this time around.

If he's lvl 77 and tagged as an animal, is he charmable? That would be a nice SK pet to have. LOL
