Managed to Duo kite this with a wizzy friend. Wizzy pulled cog onto the giant platform and kites him in circles using instant nukes, Necro DoTs with biggest DoTs and FDs to not lose aggro. Necro turns off DPS at 55% and waits for adds to hate Wizzy. Once the cog is dead wizzy runs and evacs. The whole thing took about 5 mins to kite. GREAT FUN!!!!

Chain stunnable. at 50%, make sure you have a ranger/shaman. Root and Snare the add's. be sure to pull it under the platform and watch for Octa. And other add's. Have lots of DPS. There ya go. Btw, if he resists stuns, run fast. and make sure you have FoE or SoE on. Either one. If that matters. And BE SURE TO HAVE HoT AT ALL TIMES ON YOU.
