For those like me you really hate using /location and for some reason can't figure out why sony is no longer allowing me to paste locations into my map files, Kaliim can be found along the path going up on our way to Crystallos.

theres three types of runes for this expansion, whirring, humming and glowing. whirring are used for level 76 spells, humming are for 77/78 and glowing are for 79/80. each raid event thats required for progression, as well as all raid mobs in MMM drop 2 runes each. only tier3 raids (mobs that drop gyrocores)can drop glowing runes.

Isn't this guy a quest npc inside the static version of Ashengate also?
Yes he's the turn in for rank 3 spells in ashengate.
