Maybe a little late, but for those looking for the cave, go into the fortress and follow the left wall. There is a small room or alcove with a door. Go through the door and follow the cave until it branches to the right. Take the tunnel to the right and follow it to the end. There are usually two mobs with him, but one is out of his aggro radius so you should only get one add if you pull away from the other.

Oct 22, I killed him 3 times and on the third time I got the FEARPOINT to drop. Other 2 times were the ER and WE.
Later that night I went back and killed him 2 more tiems. Second time got the FEARPOINT to drop again. So I dont know how rare the FP is but 2 out of kills is pretty good.
Just make sure if your camping the cave that you keep the 2 roamers cleared becuase if you dont the cave is so tight you wont see the add behind you till you are dead.

Static spawn, no PH. Longer respawn than rest of zone, maybe 1 hour?

Solo'd tonight...78 sk buffed, at 21k hps, 3736 ac...1000+ aa, Was a pretty fast kill, even had an add...dropped fearpoint for me.... posting just confirm he is soloable.....group of 75's should be able to take him down very easy!!!!
def soloable ..i solo'd it as an 80shm

Im a level 78 cleric, and i have soloed a number of nameds in the zone (with highend raiding gear), so yes stuff, unless you have very crappy gear you can.
Spawns in caves behind Minotaur fort.
Dropped Fearpoint 24/21 1hp weap. 240hp/235mana/240end. Too lazy to post the rest of the stats :)
