As of the patch today factions changed. Clockwork Overseers now give

+Brownie Rebels
also the spiderworks seem to have had their factions removed again. wondering if that one is just a glitch. Have yet to try a named in DSH or any other steamworks in other zones to see if they have changed either so for now best just to mark this down as a clockwork overseer's update not all of Meldrath's forces ;)

Can confirm Fiddle D and Ton O Tin also give these factions hits in DSH so prolly safe to say all named in DSH do. :) Will check other zone's mobs and get back to you on those :)
