Killed this guy 2x today. Zoned in and found him up. Killed him, and then immediately when his corpse hit the floor he spawned again in the exact same spot.
Both times he dropped a tattooed skin for the skins quest (he looked like a shiliskin mob) and he dropped "Shattered Emberstone Fragment" -- a primary/secondary item linked here https://everquest.allakhazam.com/db/item.html?item=50957
not sure if he has another drop or not, have only killed him these 2x times
