Sharpnose is a named fish that's linked to Blera'mar. It drops no loot, and causes headaches. Blera'mar will emote "Blera'mar uses his minor magical powers to heal his friend" which suggests that he's either not a warrior or has some interesting powers for one. He's also incapable of getting onto land, unlike his pet fish.
