came back too late to see it spawn. 6 hours 55 minutes is too long. lets guess 6 hour repop and test that out.

Dropped Crafted Velium Spear today along with the Sharpened Velium Spear listed. They look nice hanging in guild hall.
Yeah, he spawned today holding two of his pretty spears. I'm not really sure which ones. I didn't want to ***** up my faction by killing him to find out, but it made such a nice screen shot of the little fella that I decided to upload it.
For anybody who might be curious, he spawned at loc 347, 577, -162 which is in a corner in the Paebala tunnels just before Neb's room.
When hailed he responded "Chita ve ni ne, ni ne Neb!"

drops a heavy velium spear. neither have a combat effect. and strangely enough, the heavy spear is 1 damage more with 21 delay instead of 24 like the light has.
