This mob doesn't seem to be connected in any way to the rustling banebloom. I checked it every time I ran past on the way to the vendor, and it seems to be on something like a 16min timer, with the 'a hedge infiltrator' as a PH. Oddly, it does seem to skip spawn cycles once in a while though. Tonight I pulled six shoulders off it, got three placeholders, and two empty spots (alone in the zone the entire time I was there this trip)... so unless it spaces out with wandering drones among the hedges, which I wasn't clearing, it possibly skips spawns.

This mob popped when I /open-ed the 'rustling banebloom' (+575,-772). The item that 'dropped' from the 'rustling banebloom' is a turn-in for the Serpent Seeker's Charm of Lore quest.
