I don't see it mentioned anywhere but this mob was hitting me with Rampage attacks while my Tank merc was holding its attention.
If you stay underwater, the creatures on the shore don't seem to notice you. I have had no trouble avoiding them while fighting with my pet underwater and I'm a 65 Mage. If you can't stay underwater, pulling them over the ledge with the three ring snakes will probably work, they don't assist each other.

Spawns in the little pond area near Queen Nhyalea and Potameids. North part if you follow the river. Dropped the Visor, wanted 2-hander=/ Pretty easily spawned, just kill the oozes in the lake but the fairy's have a huge aggro range so watch out for a lot of adds and be prepared. Almost took down my merc.

I run through the zone quite often and today was the first time I had seen it - it was in the lagoon with the fairies & queen by Steppes zone line. Probably up due to the server re-set.
