It appears that all harpies are PH's for Plasa, except the Harpy Watchers.
Any one spawn location, I've seen harpy hunters, harpy raiders, harpy songstress and harpy griffonmaster.
Just run around the area and kill all harpies in a circle. My Plasa popped way over on the plateau to the far west. 3 hours of killing all harpies eventually got here.

I believe this poster is correct. Plasa just spawned with a griffon at 552 2651 26. no I'm not putting in the decimals.
I can confirm that Plasa spawns on the small plateau just west of the exists from the Dromrek giants areas.
Respawn time is about 17 minutes.

once you've zoned in from Goru'kar Mesa head North West to the Griffon/harpy grounds. location roughly 1375, 1865

Anyone have info about the spawn location, placeholdes, or general area to find her?

Killed her as a 64 bard, doesn't summon, just chant kited her while the griffons around her chased me as well and then faded them off once she was dead.
