Lingering Dryad Skull apparently also drops off of this guy. I was killing diseased griffons to help an alt with the Anderak quests when he jumped me, so I killed my griffon and him. He dropped this item.

Jenray cons light blue to level 75 player. Jenray is in far North East corner of zone in a tent just to the left (West) of the lava falls. You MUST unequip your weapons before hailing / speaking to Jenray. Also be alert for the Black Legion folks nearby. Once in a while there will be one stuck inside the tent (possibly trained there?)
