Restless harpies are rootable/snareable and do not summon. They are very social with a fairly large aggro range.

"Harpy Scream" is cast every 20-30 seconds and will interrupt casting if it hits. It can be resisted.

The Harpy Scream spell that they cast has a knock back to it.

Can be rooted
Do not summon
They are very social, fairly large aggro range.
Harpy scream can be resisted, and is cast about every 20-30 seconds or so. It will interrupt casting.
Never resisted Balance of Nihil, Bane or Blood of Saryn
