Very thoughtless mission design. He's extremely rare, and he can spawn anywhere in the camp, so you could have several groups clearing and your 6 hour timer could actually run dry because you may not get to him first. This should NOT have been a progression quest.

Spawned him at pos2914 pos560 pos383 by a campfire with a pot just north of where Kendra the Archer is on the map. Not on the east side so this lends weight to the "he can spawn anywhere" post.

I think he can spawn anywhere in the camp as I got him on the eastern camp. I was mass pulling so I don't have an actual location but I pulled the entire west camp first and nothing and then the entire east camp and he was in the mess of mobs.

I have him in the south east corner of the camp. From inside the tent south of the campfire with the meat on the spit. I would agree that he can come from anywhere...

this mob is tougher than the other black legion mobs. he hits for 3k or so on someone with no shielding, and he procs a 1.5k DD a lot.

HP: 69,000 or so
Summons?: Yes
Flurries?: No
Rampages?: No
Enrages?: No
Low health Flee?: I think so (not positive)
procs?: Black Claw ALOT, 1.5k DD
Snare/rootable?: Yes
Sees invis?: Yes
Stunnable?: No
Slowable?: Not sure but imagine yes

316 damage per second
max hit : 2871 (33% shielding)
avg hit : 747
min hit : 328

Spawns on the eastern part of the Black Legion area on the island to the north. Must be killed in the Confession task given by Fergarin Bardon I in Valdeholm.

He can pop pretty much anywhere in the black legion camp, like most of the other named there.
This guy is a target for a quest out of Valdehom, nothing special for killing him outside of the task.

Yeah, i remember he had some drakkin blood/parts.. can't recall a specific item if one at all though..
Dropped nothing for us tonite on 1 try.
