easy easy mob soloed with 67 necro droped veliam for me but ot sure on other drops

Does not summon is a caster but lvl 74 necro with alright but not great gear resisted most. Nuked me a couple times for 800 or so ..very easy kite kill IMO never once got hit by ae stayed just inside spell range with extended range IV

Found it around center of the Zone.
We kept killing 'a Coldeye Hunter' and 'a Coldeye wolf tender' and it poped the area where Coldeye Hunters.
Seemed PHs are Coldeye Hunters roaming Between Goblin Village, Bear Cave and the Lake.
And Coldeye wolf tenders are not PH I believe.

Took him on tonight with my guild. Pretty much had a 69 air pet tanking, necro and shaman pet also attacking, with me (berserker) throwing axes.

You are correct. He does not summon, BUT I was kiting him and had him down to about 20 percent health and he dispelled my root and snare, warped to me, and hit me about eight times for over 1K a pop. I'm 99.9 percent sure it wasn't a lag issue
