Spawns by the forges, obviously. One of the foundry guys is his PH. He spawned after a few clearings with monk weapon.

Not sure what this guys deal is, started off as an easy fight hitting around 400 each but by the end of the fight was throwing out quads for 1k and wild ramping. Barely managed to solo with a 75bard.
can drop Insignia of Ashengate's Elite.
Saw this drop twice tonight.
My guess would be the foundry smiths by Vergilad Mines being his PH?

When TSS first came out i came across and killed this guy up by the catapults,wasnt anywhere near the mine entrance.Mob was up when I got there so not sure if it wandered or the engineers were phs.
