When you kill the lvl 65 version of Signus Boran (dwarf), which spawns only at night (game time), she will spawn the lvl 65 vampire version of her. this mob is lvl 65 and hits 800+.. just soloed her with my lvl 61 monk, was an easy fight, lasted about 6 secs using innerflame disc.. she only got about 5 hits on me with 856 being the highest. ended with 50%hp (after using mend) and had only temp and self buff that raises atk by 27. hp was only 3527 and 1080 ac

Signus has around 1500 hp

Was showing my noob friend a place to hunt in BB when I came across undead version at chessboard, at lvl 67 she conned dark blue, and went down pretty fast.

With the recent expansion (OOW) the female dwarf NPC's were changed. Signus was one of them. There are still (2) Signus Boran's in Butcherblock however. The one near the chess board is now part of an epic quest. As mentioned previously, she spawns at level 35 during the daylight hours and is easily killed. During the evening hours she spawns at a approx. level 69. She is easily killed by a level 65 warrior even though she does have a lot of HP, she does not hit hard at all. When she dies she respawns as a female vampire who can NOT be killed by a 65 warrior. I found this out the hard way. She drops a no drop item called "Vampire Fang", which may be a part of one of the new epic quests. In her vampire form she conned blue to a level 65 but hit extremely hard and fast in the 700-800 range. I was able to kill her with a cleric healer with me. Sometimes she enrages too, so be careful.
The other Signus Boran is located in a stone hut near the bandit camp closest to the docks. She used to be a mob that could be killed but now she will no longer fight.
The (12)female dwarves in Butcherblock used to be good experience for druid kiting, but now it seems there are only (3) left in the zone that can be killed. Signus (at chess board), Glorin Binfurr at the dock and a male dwarf (Gann Dunbull) in a hut at the docks. These 3 still give a faction hit to Kaladim Citizens, but as far as I can tell, this faction has nothing to do with the merchants or guards of Kaladim, only those particular dwarves.
The other dwarves that you used to be able to kill have been changed to quest NPC's or just will not engage, although they will exchange nasty comments with you if you speak with them.

she looks like a female very pale character wearing purple/reddish robe. also upon trying to snare her she says hiss ive been discovered.

I used to solo these until they were green which was like 51 or something and now i come and see that they are red. immune to snare and what not took me a while to kill with 60 bard. upon killing it spawn some other npc with same name. wouldnt respond to anything. so be curious i tried snaring her. she hit me for 782 and i ran to zone no idea if this is bug or some quest?

She doesn't lower kaladim merchants, on either of the signus borans.

In fact all these dwarf "axe" ladies in butcher only lower kaladim citizens, which is a non "real" dwarf faction. The faction is only with themselves, as well as one male in a hut near the female on it at the dock (both in huts by the back) Two other npcs are on it, lower level dwarfs by some stones on sister's island in OOT.

You may kill these freely, since they only lower faction with themselves.

Signus Spawns in 2 places, near chess board. then i zone back to BB rings put her on track and she is in another hut, kill her there and go back to chess board and she pops in like 2 minute. I have been doing this for 2 days, i am a 43 lvl druid on rodcet knife server.

So you sold your soul to the evil one that i may go linkdead and be smitten by your foul hand. So i sit in Thurgadin, unable to return, for the patch is coming in 45 minutes. Gloat while you can wench. For as i wait, i prepare... 80 arrows for your rooten throat. And i've also made a new bow... to propel them into your vile carcass. 18 min spawn. I've been quad kiting the wharf dwarfs for 3 days and they are almost exactly 18 min. I'm gonna try to kill these 4 and the 3 at the beach continuously today. I hear your good until 47 doing them. As long as I get through hell 45 Ill be happy with that.

For some reason she spawns in 2 different partsof BB and is 2 seperate NPC, whats up with this?

I'm a 35th Lvl (With 173 Wisdom) and she cons Even to me, She does spawn about every 11 minutes, has a Bronze 2h Axe ever pop, some times small ring mail, FS weapons, Dwarf meat,and Rare Dwarf Blood. I snare her , she resists some times, took 3 casts most to snare, and resists immolate lots, but rarely resists my Swarms or combusts... I usually Kite her from her hut to lil past road and back. with bub mana left. less a resistant one! havent been to freeport to see if KOS there, that will hurt if it does. NOTE: in Hell 2 I made 3 bubs and 300p over night.
