an enraged tiger raptor  

I found a creature on track 'an enraged jungle raptor'. I didn't find it in the data base, so decided I had to kill it. It dropped the Spiked Raptortail. I wonder if the creature has been renamed, was incorrectly reported in the first place, if both of these creatures exist, and share a loot table, or some other possibility. In anycase, I checked my log and it says 'an enraged jungle raptor's corpse roars and staggers to the ground!'.

He summons, enrages, and seemed very magic resistant. He resisted lots of life taps from my lifetap augs, my ranger spell proc, and my ranger dots, which are all magic based. He resisted the fire spell I had memorized also. He did not resist the cold spell I used. Since he was an add, I don't know if he saw invisiblity or not, but I would guess he does, as many of the named in this zone see invis.
