She seemed pretty tough to our raid force of 20. Even more so than the other mini named we encountered. This was primarily due to her amazingly high regen coupled with her AOE.

She casts a mez stun that lasts about 10 seconds and is very hard to resist. I always had on my 575 resists being a bard but got hit with her mez-stun quite often. That messed up our heals quite a bit and even though you become non aggro during the mez, its cuts down on our DPS quite a lot.

We had a few deaths to her AOE and were down to 12 ppl in a solid dps grind and she was actually gaining HP. We had her down to 60% and she kept ticking up to 61 or 62 even though we were burning as fast as we could to get her down before our healers went oom. We ended up mem wiping her and putting her off till another day as we rezzed up everyone we lost.
