The PH is the only "A Deep Orc" on the platform full of level 70 Deep Orc Legionnaires. He's standing in the middle with two Lego guards on his sides. All orcs on this platform are immune to mez and fear, but not snare.

-685, +1065, +222. He spawns up on the next island up from Commander Olag. PH is the one in the middle if you are coming off the ramp looking at the group of orcs. (a Deep Orc Legionnaire). Dropped lesser shadowspine rune and Gloomy mask for me. Max hit I saw was 1755
