He can be slowed......Cicero can NOT be mezzed. So find another way. What worked till we all died this morning was attempt to mez, then get agro and mem blur.

on 69.4 hard it cons red to a lvl 70, if dps not high enough and start getting repops, possibility for 2 named to spawn. happened to us tonight on an attempt. We're getting repops and when we called it, there were more mobs in zone than we started. just a heads up
