He's upstairs. -1127.53, -410.70, 105.28. Had him spawn twice at that location.

Not always 70 -- it's a yellow con today to me at 70 so 71 or 72.

This guy has same AE as Drillak the Slayer and drops the same loot as him also. Like Drillak the Slayer but with different name.
