Me and my group tried to get this done afew time...we cant find where this guys pops at. any clues?
Just wait at Jarrazad's hut after you accepted the task - he will come to you from the south, having spawned in the area of the Illsalin zone line.

Hey just wondering, what are the stats on this guy? hp? how much does he hit? presuming slowable and that he summons

Max hit about 1575 with some mitigation. It quaded every time and healed itself.
Dropped No loot for us and Popped The Shattered Seeker when it died on the Shattered Seeker's Corpse was

I will try to update this posting. Just got Darkhallows Friday and was trying the Werewolf and Defending the Caves Monster Missions. But we were locked out of repeating the Werewolf so tried another task - seen someone call that they were pulling The Seer as we zoned to Ruins of Illsan. After 3 of us wiped we decided to try something else and a BST that I was grouped with headed to do another task and found the corpse of the Seeker.
Well, you never seen a happier Mage when it turns out this guy drops a Bracer with Mana Regen +2 - will try to update the stats - but it is basically a NO DROP Ornate Elemental Bracer. Sold my Woven Silken Bracer (Still have a Swirling Silk Bracer and the stas are close to both of these)

No need to update the stats... I was playing 2 nights ago (first nite in DoD) and I received one of the braclets you're talking about along with the shoulder item for taking down the Seeker (although I did call it the sleeper in my email lol)... I submitted pics of the gear I got that night to Allah's... hopefully they should have those 2 new items up here soon =)
