Fabled Helot Skull HelmI was camping the fabled mort for the elder spirit boots. This fellow is around here, so I decided to try and see if I could get it downed. Im a 75 monk, 15k hp/2.3k ac (with my epic 1.5 clicked). Pulled it single from the room near drusella's, popped innerflame, 1.5 for the proc, and started to beat it up. I popped impen soon after, and hit a pot and mend sometime in the duration of the fight. When it was all said and done, I had 70% hp left. I dished out about 63k damage, and it hit me max 909. Enrages at 10. Hope that helps.

Just got this last night. This mob was past the room with Drusella Sathir and right before the room with the portal to outside in the East Wing. We had a 12.7k paladin, a 6.7k paladin, me the enchanter, a rogue and a shaman. All of us were 66 or higher. We accidentally got this mob and we weren't really prepared for it. It downed the shaman, but I managed to slow it and the 6.7k paladin kept everyone healed while we finished off this mob. It does drop the Fabled Helot Skull Helm which I am wearing because I was the only INT caster there. It has a nice plate look.

Also, the mob is 65, and I don't know how much it hits for, because for the short time that I did have aggro, he never made it through my rune. He's not very hard if you have a nice group or a really powerful tank.
