For those who dont know this npc is beyond stupid...She will despawn after every hail, turn in. Thats right, after you kill the Bazu's and dda she despawns, you will have to wait 2 hours to turn in wand, then she despawns immediately. wait and turn in wand and guess what she despawns again...then you head to sharvahl get elixar and wait another 2 hours for her to pop...pita

Maybe they fixed this somewhat, as I just did all the hand-ins with her. She only despawned once after I killed the DDA. Once she spawned again I handed in the wand. She did not despawn, but I ran to kittytown to hand in the dust and ran back, she was still up. After handing in the elixer, she did not despawn. I waited a few minutes to see if she did...no despawn.
Still, I agree npc's on spawn/despawn timers is ridiculous and pointless. Plus, when they despawn on a trigger (like after killing the DDA) it compromises not only the person who JUST did what she asked (what the heck lady, you ask me to get you something and you just leave?), but anyone else who needs the npc. Grrr!

We just triggered the fight and beat it in less than 15 mins for both. Probably nearer 10 mins. The NPC (Jillaa) had only just spawned and we triggered immediately.
After looting both pieces, we went back and Jillaa had despawned. That's like 15 mins up, 1-2 hours down.
So here I am, waiting there for 1-2 hours so I don't miss the small window of opportunity to hand in my items :p Time to stick telly on =)

I think she despawns after DDA is killed. PITA waiting for her twice though.
Ok most of what Allas has is right about this fight. She's up for 1 hour and then down for two. I've spent the time here to know..
She's down in the valley right nearby Slavedriver Menlo's room. For those of you who have a hard time with Locs like I do. My map had her marked already anyway.
Make sure you talk to Muada before trying this fight, I just got done speeding around EQ because I ran through the text with Muada a few days prior and when the scout was up she didn't say anything to me when hailed. I had to POK gate then run to shar val, then run back to NC and hail again.. THEN she spawned the mob. As a result, I have to wait 2 hours for her to come back up and then I can hand in the wand...
The fight was so easy it was silly. The mobs spawn in the big opening intersection to the east of where she is, if you know that bridge with the hole in it, that's where you want your raid to be posistioned. Somewhere around there near the giant round ruins in the big valley there.
The bazu and his 4 friends spawn right on that big circle of a ruin and our Enchanter mezzed them right off, tank ran down and engaged big guy. everyone followed, he was cake to take down his AE's easily resisted / easily dealt with if not. DDA took about as long to kill which wasn't long. We had 3 groups just about, which was overkill but I wanted it done fast. out guild is newly anguish flagged with only a little bit of anguish gear, plenty of other nice gear though which probably helped with the AE's..

this is a trigger mob for the Beastlord epic 2.0, you gotta make the totem made from the medals and what not, upon hailing her she says some mombojumbo and Bazu terror spawns along with 4 adds, after you kill him Dark Discordling Animist spawns, kill him he drops Dark Discordling Wand, Bazu Terror drops feral dust, turn that the totem and wand back into Muada and he returns you an elixir of fortitude and the wand, go give the elixir to Jillaa to go on to the next step.
