Max hit is a hell of a lot more then 6400. He gets stronger the long he's on on target, after 10 seconds he's hitting for 7k+
One of the few fights ping pong aggro is ok.

as of 10-26 the master of hate conned red to me at level 75.
At the time of this post he is listed as Level 72.

I have the SN of it but, this guy hit our puller for 31k, it was kinda freaky.
But definatly packs a punch. Maxed Defensive AA's ect, And I still got a few rough hits. 5.4 was biggest hit I saw.
