Use Illusion:Eurdite. You're enchanters, right? There are a number of merchants that you will need to illusion to their race to get them to deal with you throughout the game. Then cast the Alliance line spell.

There's a problem. Level 7 and level 9 animations are only available from him on the current progression servers. You do not get the Erudite illusion until level 12. Making it there with level 4 invis is very difficult at those level even for an Erudite enchanter. I don't remember having to go to High Pass for those two earlier animations until after I got the illusion originally.

Put money in shared bank. Log off main, create level 1 erudite. Take erudite to the bank to get money. Buy spells and come back and put spells in shared bank. Log off level 1 alt and back onto main to get spells from shared bank.

May have a hard time getting a level 1 Enchnater from Erudin to High Keep. Not mention how long it would take.

Oops, I was thinking this vendor was in Erudin for some reason. It would be easier to just create a halfling to buy the spell since their home town is right next door.

When you come into High Keep go east ( you will need to walk around a couple of walls that are open on both ends), but keep going east. You will enter a room with two big round pillars, take left into 1st door way (should see little table with 2 chairs in corner, go through door on North wall near table, you are in Libraby, go around wall heading east, he is right there.
Tarn is Lower Level of High Keep, and it is not easy to find. You can track him as a Druid but it's not accurate due to the height filter. He is located in a library down a hall through a maze. His Loc is 71.84, -223.74, 2.19. What I did was (get on Druid) Ported to Druid East Succor Port in Eastern Plains of Karana. I ran across zone to High Hold Pass, once I zoned I hit lesser succor and it took me right in the middle of High Hold Pass (so I did't have to run thru whole maze). From that succor point I ran thru the maze to High Hold Keep and started tracking him. I turned off the height filter and checked to see if he disappeared (and he did as I was on a higher level floor than he was). I went down stairs and repeated until I found him! Whew! Buy all your animations for Enchanters! It's a pain! Good Luck

Does anyone know the thread to go through in order to recieve the Gleaming Gloves from him for the Incandescent Gloves Enchanter Quest?
I would like to know to save $ on having to buy countless Bloodstones to get it right or do I simply hail him after casting Alliance or Benevolence on him?

Dont know why you are telling people to stfu...I went to the loc listed and there the guy was with the spell just as he is listed to be....thanks for the good info people...saved me lots of time...glad you didnt stfu...lol

He can be found at 71.35, -221.97, 3.75 in High Keep.

I checked today, and the level 55 enchanter pet spell Zumaik's Animation is NOT sold by this guy, though it is listed here. I sent a correction in to Allakhazam. I wasted an hour today going there thinking the item was added. It's not.

Where does he spawn at?
He doesnt spawn, he is a merchant and is somewhere on the 1st floor. I use invis so gobbies or prisoners dont see me, then I deal with him, and gate back to Gfay! I dont know his exact location, but it's somewhere on the 1st floor, as stated above. Try going on www.eqatlas.com and finding him.

Used benevolence and still conned indifferent. Tashania quest info says you need to be better than indiff. So, please, don't bonk people when you don't have all the facts.

He is part of the beta neutral faction (he should be indiff to you). You can turn in bloodstones to him to increase your beta neutral faction.

I tried to give him a bloodstone for the incandescant gloves, and he wouldn't have anything to do with me...how can you raise faction for him?

This zone is flagged as outdoor. Sow and all other outdoor only spells work here.

yes please someone post how to raise faction with this fruitcke. cynthia didnt give me a problem (considering ive killed her so many times =)). but this fairy erudite wont have anything to do with me. BTW on not an enchanter im a paly. i came across the rod so i thought i would do the quest. if i keep turning in the stone to cynthia will that help my faction with this guy? plz help thanks

What faction is this guy on?! I did the Rod of Insidious Glamour quest, where everyone in temple of Sol Ro and Cyntia in the gypsy camp conned indifferent, but his guy conned apprehensive, and wouldnt deal with me!
He is on Beta Neutral faction, I believe. Either use Alliance or Benevolence on him, or just try to give him bloodstones. If he doesnt take bloodstones, then use alliance and benevolence. If that doesnt work, youre screwed.

This guy has the Enchanter's pet spells for level 8 and up. A smart person could buy these spells and take them to other parts of the world (like GFay, Erudin, Qeynos) and sell them for a hefty profit. Also, this guy is a part of the quests for a few pieces of Enchanter only items: Incandescent Gloves, and also (I believe) the Rod of Insidious Glamour.
Hmmmmm... yes, yes........ If anyone plays on Xev, can you pick up my lvl 16, 20, and 24 animation spell? I will pay them a hefty profit! Send tells to Nexcat or Nindail.
