It has 19 to 20k in hp. Mob summons.
Got a blue diamond, a Brass Mouthpiece and a Discordant Crystal Shard off of one of these in the Bloodfields.
In The Bloodfields these seem to be always level 56. They partially mitigate slow ("mostly successful).
