I con'd these -- red con to a 67th level. Same with slumbering beast.
Doubles for upwards of 2k. When it aggroed it said something to the effect of 'Do not disturb us, or you risk waking the slumbering beast'. Which, they stand around chanting.
Obvious guess, kill the dreamweavers (3 i believe) and wake the Slumbering Beast.

Nice pic, that is the exact spot we found her at: As you zone in from Dranik Scar, go two arches in on the road she is off to the left (northish?) in a nook on the hill close to the wall - sorry, no exact location yet, and for the life of me I cannot find a map to point to for ya. The info I have is a tad sketchy, as I was botting two toons and it was about closing time at the LAN center where I play, but I will try, lol
She is a caster, Enchanter I think:
She casted a fear on the Paladin (Yammes), but it did not last too long and he was back in the fight.
She also charmed our Warrior (Tragnon) that lasted for about 10 seconds maybe ... surprisingly when he hit me (Druid - Miegre) it was only for 30 or so max, but most times it was less than 20.
She also hit us with some Tash looking icon named something-Wind or Wind-something, but I am not sure what all it did, only that one cast of RC1 cured it, and she casted it again within 5 seconds of cure.
I was botting a 67 Mage (Zorros - he is much better geared than his Magelo shows, lol) and sent a fully equipped Air pet in as well as nuked for 3k or so a pop about 10 times - (adding all this for an idea of her high HPs) - with the pet hitting for an average of 65 per hit, and hitting fast.
We also had a 69(?) Druid (Sneakybad) helping to heal outside of the group, a 69(?) Monk (Miguli(?)), 65(?) Bard (Shantune - not sure that he is still 65, though his Magelo says so).
Had the Bard singing (forgive me please, I do not play a Bard so do not know the names of some of the songs) a resist song, mana/HP song, and slows song (52% slow) and I am sure others as well. I will try and send the guys from the guild over here to fill in blanks, but to summarize:
67 Druid as MH and RC caster, with a 69(?) Druid outside healing.
67 Mage nuking and sending in a buffed and geared Air pet.
66 Warrior as MT.
68(?) Paladin doing melee (and nuking/stunning I assume).
65(?) Bard tanking and singing resists, slows, mana/HP.
68(?) Monk doing melee.
The fight lasted for a good 15 minutes I would say and I had to keep doing splash heals in order to keep the MT on his feet, with a CH if I was lucky (I know Sneakybad was casting a few CHs, and I believe some splashes as well). I would give a very bad estimate and say her HPs were about 50k+...
Also, there was an unuk looking mob with her or near her, but I did not get a chance to read a name - pet maybe or just a wandering mob?
