This is probably a zone-wide, rare drop from any mob. Like the Blue Flame Necklace from Wall of Slaughter.
I wonder if they removed this item from his loot table. I have killed him 15 times in the last 2 days and every time cept 3 he dropped the symbol (every twink has one now lol). Those other 3 times he dropped the belt.
Can anyone confirm drop since the 19th?

PH is a twisted/subjugated stoneworker, its static spawn on the side of a hill near the secret cave that has some dragorns in it. Its on the DSish side of the zone in the area off to the left as you are running through. Basically follow the left wall and you can't miss it. There's a static ikaav spawn nearby on the same hill. Not too far from Kragsmash either. Will try to post exact loc later.

Semi-tough solo for 68 shaman. Hit up to low 500's, quads occasionally (or seemed to), summons, but not very resistant and mostly slowable, so keep Q on yourself and let the dots and dog chew him down. No reason to farm him as far as I can tell, the drops are fairly crappy and don't sell for much. Unless he drops runes, which is highly doubtful. I was just checking the zone out and happened to catch him up, and figured I'd give it a go. Was fun though :).

I have killed him twice so far in my 1st time campin this mob and both times he has dropped the Symbol.
Have killed him 5 times now and the symbol has dropped every time. =(
Have killed him 10 times now and every time besides the ninth, where he dropped belt and flies, he has dropped the Symbol....think it's safe to say the symbol is definatly his common drop
