See alot of posts in here but not 1 advising how hard it is to kill this thing or the name of the expedition or whatever it is that u need to get to even get the zone. I see that u must beable to solo but by who's gear and levels. Any info would be appreciated ty :)

which zone does this mob spawn in? how are you able to solo in an instanced zone? REally curious and would like to have the stick

Do the named bats and rats summon?
I am curious about the 67 and under spawned instances and the 68+ ones. It sounds like people are soloing some of these, but I just want to make sure.

I've been camping the named rat and bat for 2 days now. Kill rat, invis run to tattered wing bat, kill.. rinse repeat. But i have never even seen the named bat. I've got the named rat several times.. guess its around 30-50% chance he spawns. But not this mob.. uhm ? Is he a a rare spawn or what ?
Yes it does spawn we spawned it about an hour ago.

Killed the rat three times and the bat two times lastnight. So I would say things are still in working order

I give up... think I've killed that tattered bat 50+ times now and never seen the named bat.
Every time the bat PH spawned, the rat PH/named was dead (killed him since I run between camps as described above).
Is it some kind of a trigger-spawn in order to make rune-farming less effective ? Like, if rat PH is up then named bat can spawn...

Dude just keep at it. I did this one for 3 hours yesterday and spawned this named 5 times out of 7 clearings. Bad unlucky streak for you I guess.

Did you clear the whole Bat room ? What do you mean by "clearings" ? :D
Also, did you kill the rat meanwhile ? (Ping-Pong'ed between them)

Did this cave last night got the bat after the 2nd clearing the rat I got after the first clearing. Then had to logg for work. The bat droped the visor and a mur. rune (no fury stick /bonk) The rat droped a face item. I for one love these caves named or not decent exp spell drops no trains no time limit I'm am impressed.
Also drops Minor, Lesser, and normal (66-68) Muramite runes for the spell hand-in quest.
If you get the loc post it please. I did the rat and am hoping you can ping pong them

IF you've found the rat go past next room full of gliders down a corridor and a Tatterwing bat is in a room full of other bats
