well, i happened to find a loop-hole in Verant's scheme of destroying all good things about wizards. At level 19, I, a dark elf wizard with 167 or so Int, was soloing the lookout room. yes, it is very risky, and usualy when my root breaks i break shortly after... i got it to work... about every five kills i would have a bubble (amazing experiance, needless to say), and as always, make sure(if you plan to use my tactic), that there is NOTHING in the guard room or it will be on your ***. if you need to run, run to the group that is always populating the guard room, they wouldn't mind an extra kill, and if it persists to follow you- run to the zone, there will be about twenty guards on it whenever it catches up with you. my usual strategy is to root then chain nuke (my dd bolt doing 123 most of the time), and repeat. if you can break the spawn, there is plenty of time between each and plenty of time to regain mana.

They drop up to 4pp in loot. Hit for 40+ dmg. My barbarian warrior with 700 Hp could solo these little punks at lvl 21. They conned yellow to me.
They give very very very good exp even in groups. When I soloed them at lvl 21 I was left with 126 Hp I was unbuffed. I got a 1/4 bub of exp as well =)
Thanks to the druid there to cheer me on during the fight!

They have the right level. I sololed these guys 22-25. Always yellow, white, or blue. They have the right level. These are the easy pickclaws.

This Is wrong They Con Red and Yellow To me at 22 so they must be like 25-30 or somewere around there. :)

these go up to atleast 26 as their red at 24 sometimes...
