These numbers from my pally with TBS-defense disc running. Duoable w/shammy. Tank AC was ~3800, maxxed shielding/avoid.

When below 15% health, it shapeshifts into its final form, Xounii Shifter.

Quad's for 2700 max. 1800 as previous poster said is not max.
He is easely onegroupable with decent group.
We beat him with warrior, shaman, rogue, wizard and cleric.
Cleric was mezzed close to whole fight lol so basicly we did him with shaman as mainhealer which made it somewhat a challange.
Pulled with rogue he tanked with riposte disc til he resisted charm then real tank took over and we burned him down.
Other time we had a bard aswell, played resist song. Noone got charmed, was alot more easy then, even tho cleric was only elemental geared.
Rogue, wiz, warrior CoA geared.

Tried to take him down with 3 Tacvi, time geared. He mezzed our tank and we had to run. The mezz he uses is Clinging Stone and he conned yellow to our level 70 group, so I assume he can be level 71, possibly 72.
There are many important things to know about this mob.
* she is untrackable
* she is level 70
* she does not see invis
* she roams around the east side of Yxtta past the puzzle gate, and is also known to roam just into (but not deep into) each of the Primal caves
* she moves very fast
* she quads(?) for about 1800(?)
* she 'shapeshifts' depending what part of the zone she is in
* if memory serves, she also summons
* on sight she will always attack and often kill both a malicious trusik and Stoic Guardian
* she drops no other loot than Xounii's Journal Page 1
* once killed, my understanding is that she is on a 6-hour respawn timer
* Arnach isn't kidding, if not for her low hit points she could wipe a raid fast -- don't take her for granted ;)
I've helped kill her about a dozen times for my guildmates. Bring a stout tank, decent healing, and decent DPS. I'd recommend at least 2 groups with no less than 3 or more healers and all decently geared. It also helps to have a warrior tank pull her with Furious and then follow up with Defensive.
We once got very lucky once and took her down with only 7 Tacvi-geared folks -- with just a cleric and shaman healing no less ;).

Mob most definitely appears on track.
He also attacks and kill Vrex High Priest, and rather quickly I might add

All correct except that the timer seems to be about two hours now.
Almost wiped our primal raid the other day, he added as we were fighting respawns near the Primal insect.

Hits pretty hard, shapeshifts, see's invis, went through our 22person primal raid like nothing till a ranger and then a bard (me! =P) stepped up with disc's. He went down pretty fast though, all said and told.
I don't remember what he casted, but it was different depending on his shape (A Cragbeast Bonecruncher, A Cavernous Lifesipper, A Voracious Beetle, ghost (this form), and Xounii Shifter).
His shape depends on what primal he's close to. He roams the entire zone.
