When speaking to Scribe and Priest.. go in invis, and move behind them in the corner. Un-invis and then try to speak to them. Worked for us and we didnt get attacked by the chief. Chief was ready to attack but corner seems to be out of his agroe range
After you have killed smith or done the sewers talk to this guy to get your perma flag. You have to say "what issues" a couple of times until he stops making stuff perma flags. I think you might have 2 do it after you have done vexed // tipt but i'm not sure. I talked 2 the High Priest as well.

I have passed a few trials, and when I go to hail the Scribe and the High Priest in Barindu for my perm flag, I get jumped by Chiaka Lerato. Trying to figure out what factions she is aligned with, and what I have to kill so that I can raise my faction with her and her cohorts and proceed to KodTaz. As it is I am not able to progress, due to a faction problem that I am having in Barindu.
