On the TLP server Agnarr this guy cons dark blue to my 21 SHM.
Note however this sucker is a Paladin. So he gets to use Lay On Hands once, then falls back to using Healing. A lot. My SHM can't generate enough DPS to kill him even though he's just dark blue.

May 29 2017 was during a 50% faction bonus event, so those numbers are too large.

neck item, dropped rarely I think, ac:6, int, wis and agi+3 - nice surprise to get one of these after about 10 run ins w/ the lead explorer.

Just Killed a Lead Explorer with my 24 SK. Conned dark blue to me just like most of the explorers.
