These are/can be lower than 64, fought one tonight that was DB to our 62 Warrior.
Also Dropped:

These SUCK to kite as they cast a snare themselves. They don't melee that hard tho, cus they are casters. Duoing 65 nec/54 shammy, shammy slowed him np and the necro then tanked with lifetap and stoicism on. Never went below 80% health.
Again, I tried to kite him once, but if he catches you with the snare, he WILL catch you even with embracing darkness on him.

One of these dropped an Aneuk Healer's Robe, it appears to be trash, but holding onto it for chance might be for some quest, never seen one drop before looks like regular robe in inventory just no stats and none/none

dropped taelosian wheat (magic) tradeskills
Me and some friends where ******** around in some the GoD zones after a bit we decided to go back and kill this mob (or one like it) we had a chanter, Cleric (me), druid, shaman, Warrior and monk (I think it was a while ago) anyway we buffed up and waited till the mob pathed it's way to the zone line first attempt we wiped I maganged to camp or zone and Rezed the fallen. We rebuffed and where about to try agian when a second group pulled him and wiped the second they went down we engaged (didn't really have much a choice since we where right there) and managed to kill him droped a key, or key piece of some kind and mask might have been a few other items but I don't remember atm. All and all it was a fun mob and I had a great time trying to kill it. Like I said before not sure if it was THIS mob might have been one very similar.
