Deez froggies are brutally tough for medium and low levels. If you goes in deep into Guk bring majik healers if you plan on killing deez guyz.

Ok, the knights are good xp for their level, up to about 25-26. Their loot too is not bad, the mesh ya can sell to players, and the bronze goes about 1.5 or better plat in towns.
