If you have downloaded the maps, he spawns in a dead end room close to the big event room all the way on the right side of the map.
I tried to solo him with my 60 druid, snare pulled him alone to the corridor outside, very resistant to root and breaks very often. He nukes pretty hard, hits close to 200, and complete heals. Inexhaustible mana pool (fought hime for 10 min before I succored out.) Didnt attempt to gate, didnt summon.
