Killed the guy he was picking on a group of iksars and I figured it would suck for them if they weren't bound so (with my level 49 Wood Elf bard) I kited him a bit and killed him not a lot of hp or magic resist and pretty slow. Faction hit to emerald warriors, felwithe guards(not sure what that faction is called),merchatnts of kelethin, merchants of felewithe, and i beleive paladin guild in felewithe. He dropped longsword, tears of innourk and a round shield.
