Is it affected but cold fire or what?
Does it get assist.
is it in a group or can it be single pulled.
Does it summon.
Is there a room i can pull him too.
how offten did it drop that rune?

Spawned near the crossroads. +100 -54 - Easy single pull. Quite fire resistant. Dropped the cloak.

This guy spawned in the room just past the stone room which is close to where the enchanter pet looking quest guy is (which is on the side you get to from sol b with kobolds). In this room there are 3-4 lava pool spawns which just seem to pop up, we went through once to get to the imp rare and then I went afk and everyone wiped. On the way back we went into the room again and this guy popped out as well as two more lava pools. He is level 60 something and hits for 400 which was a little surprising considering the ease of all the other mobs up to that point. Anyways he dropped the cloak which IMO is a very worthwhile item, his other drop is good too so this is a nice camp spot.
This, and other "race rares" spawn wherever that type of creature is spawnable. He spawned for us in 3 different locations.
The static named that spawn are on a timer, such as Spiritmaster and Queen, with no phs.
Gluck on hunting, Solc is a great zone.

Level is wrong on him. He is a yellow to a level 61.
