ok, lets think, lvl 59, +1 lvl would make him yellow, +2 lvls would make him yellow, anything below you would be blue, even would be white/black, so that would mean anything +3lvls or higher would be .... what now? RED! in case you cant do the math, here, you take 62 apples and take away 59 apples and how many apples do you have left? THREE F*CKING APPLES! thus meaning he WOULD be red now wouldnt he?
All you had to do was read the title of the post.. if your going to rant about something at least do it about something legimite heh.
In case you had a hard time reading that response through the sarcasm and unwarrented bile, he's trying to say that "red" means that the mob is 3+ levels above you, so someething that is level 62 is in fact red to you at 59.
I know that I got confused by this too, since I used to think that yellow was "within 3 levels", but that's not the case, its actually "within 2 levels".

On kobold side, past Tybog spawn, past Ghaib and the Hunter room, in room with the 3 lava pools where the Pulsating spawns. At the other end of this room there are two tentacle terrors and the hallway they are in the middle of he was pathing through there. He dropped the ring.
