She's on Opal Darkbriar faction. At first she was dubious for a long time, then threatening, so I gave stacks of bone chips to Xelha and she's back to dubious. That's interesting to note, because very few NPCs are on this faction.
While I doubt this may shed any light as to her purpose, it's just a clue as to what she may have been for. With the revamps of Freeport, I feel as if any quests or dialogue between Opal and Tsaria is long lost at this point.

i think she is here just to surprise and blow away lowbies who are killing guards for plat, back in the golden age when every player was a Monty Hall OP joke kiddy cake walk nightmare players would come intot hsio room, and any good race cklass were kos to Drow and she would just blow them away, meaning a nasty run thru kith from RV bind, good days when ppl always were not sure of decimating every foe with Pots and utterly kiddy cheating joke mercs

she drops nothing, easy keel to a 54 nec farming plat from guards. just as the nobles/bards if you have fear... you can slow (darkness/snare) / fear and nothing aggros. ive keeled her many times.. nothing drops.. barely any exp/aaxp. all she is there for is to annoy the hell out of peeps farming guards (takes your 2 guard keels away). anyways ... pointless , worthless ... waste of time.

Wondering what she's for. I'd never seen her until today when I ran in to kill the two guards that spawn in there and saw her instead. She can't be a terribly common spawn because those guards get killed an awful lot.
I didn't want to kill her alone, not worth the trouble. If I had a buddy along I might have killed her just to see what'd happen.
I kind of have a hard time believe this mob doesn't drop anything, or have something to do with some quest somehow...

stupid girl!!! she did that 300+ damage spell while I was running and it rooted me! She will die someday many times by me... I had to run back from shadow haven...

If u wish to kill he and u r a Pally then this is how u do it with 85Perc Life left at end of battle. Memorise your entire stun catalogue (u shud have about 6 types of stun spell). Make sure u r buffed up, including Resis Magic, and on max mana and HP. Charge her and start with the stun chain as soon as she cast: NOTE if u are a finesse fighter with Shield Bash u may also use this as an extra stun to disrupst her nast nukes. I find Querellous (108stun), and Force (80stun) being guaranteed hits, and mostly Holy stunning (60) being effective. Stun, desist, cease effect her occasionally.

Attacked me, rogue halfing, last night. Hit me once for 320damage, which brought me down to around 30percent life, at level 18. I ranright to the zone, and had no other problems whatsoever. She's in a single room on one of the upper levels, i was just exploring.....so watch out!
