They Also drop crappy Club .. No Shard it was Painfull.. Hours and ayz of camping .. First forager . I get a CLUB lol
These guys are not 56.
I am 56 and have killed many of them.
All are dark blue to me and never have they been anything but dark blu.
As a matter of fact they are dark blu to a level 54 wizzy i bring along he has never seen a white con let alone a yellow one.

Since the Forager is a rare named, just like Prophet, Scavenger, Battlemaster and Seer, then I do not think you killed many of them.
The average spawn time for these named is said to be around 30 hours, if you keep the spawnpoints clear all the time.
