Just killed him dropped leggings and the Zraxthril Forged Axe
I found this guy up last night. He was wandering from just south of the Nautilis Room going to the empty room to the west and back to just south of the Nautilis Room.
He dropped the legs and 1kpp.
Just kidding. It was only the 1kpp.

Dropped this guy with a group of 5; 51 warrior, 52 beast lord, 54 monk, 54 shaman and 54 necromancer. Not a hard kill, and most of the Mobs in the hallways are single pulls. He did drop the leggings, too.

Easily solo'ed by a 61 bard. Hardly had to do anything, except make sure I didn't run out of pets, te he he. 2 out of 3 times he had the dagger, once he had the leggings. Has mucho grande hitpoints. Just my 2cp.

I have killed the Veteran about 6 times or so 1/2 the time the legs the other 1/2 the dagger. The dagger is visable so you will know if your going to get it or not. All the times I have killed him he as been roaming.There are a few furious blackhands that walk the halls and he is always in one of their spots so my guess kill the raoming furious and he will show himself. Also for those who need to know he is a pure melee, does not summon, and hits for 160-180. Good luck all and be safe out there!

Just dropped this guy again tonight and for about the 15th time he dropped Steel Wrapped Leggings....no Dagger yet
I am having the same luck, killed atleast 10 times, legs every drop.
Downed this ugly guy twice tonight with my guildies. He was easily taken by a 51 warrior, 55 cleric, 57 druid, and 63 necro. We were camping the Furious/Vehement Blackhand room (where the Blackhand Lieutenant spawns) and the surrounding hallway area when we found him. Both times he dropped the Steel Wrapped Leggings (what an upgrade from Ry'gorr chain! XD).
I neglected to grab a screenshot, but he has the same appearance as Crew Chief Hanriesaf, who does have a mugshot on this site.

This guy also drops some nice plate class leggs ac 27 Similar stats to the dagger. My cleric has them now
The dagger must be an uncommon/rare drop for the 3 times I have killed him, he dropped the Steel Wrapped Leggings.
