If you clear this room long enough a Water Spirit spawns over the pool. Green to 64, indifferent, looks like a water elemental. He responds to hails saying there are 4 spirits trapped in the pool.. rage, fury, berzerk, and ...... something. He asks which one you wish to free and battle. We did rage and it spawned an enraged luggald. Hit for 170ish and not very hard-- dropped an opal :0/
These are normal spawns for example in the pool room. They are shadow knights and hit for 150ish like all of the luggald do.
They have about 2-3K less HP like the abominations which are warrior type.
Luggald Arcanists are wizzies Occultists are Necros. If you encounter them make sure you have a stunner or a good healer ;)

Extremely rare drop.Reaver is not a named so I would assume any luggald could drop them.First one out of hundreds of luggalds I have killed here.Also completely useless on my enchanter 8(

I also saw a Luggald Arcanist in the same room as a Reaver. Are these 'named' or just random spawns? I can only presume that they have the same level range, since they all conned the same.

I'd say thay are "random" spawns since in the Gulf of Gunthak, there are "zealot" and "fanatic" which drop the same item... in the fortress.
