I trippled boxed this drop and killed roughly 63 of these, basically 7 every 20 minutes for 3 hours, as long as my kei lasted.
Group ===== 65 - Druid 55 - Warrior 51 - Shaman
Location ======= Go across the lava bridge going west, continue forward (invised of course) in the Luggald room, you will see exit tunnels to your left, right and forward. While still in the main Luggald room go left and then to the room left of the south tune.
You will see 8 luggalds in that room, go to the corner of the room that is juxtapose to the tunnel, which is the right wall, or South West corner of the room.
NOTE: Pulling in the tunnel is dangerous, you get patrollers and if you are too slow in killing them, you will have 4 on deck in the blink of an eye. If you have a good group and dps is not an issue, then the tunnels will be no worries.
Clearing the Spawns =================== You will see two spawns by that corner, if you all or yourself (soloing) are in that corner tight, you will not agro those two mobs. Start by rooting the mob farthest away, the nearest will come to your group and jump on it. Make sure to snare both mobs, then tash or mal to reduce magic resist and then slow. Should be cake with no resist. The Initiates seem to be a consistant 51 in this room and the Abonimations are 53. Non cast and none summon, but they do have a ton of hp's.
After those two are cleared, then you have that whole corner to move around in for the next 20minutes.
If you see two mobs together, assume you will get an add and pull with rooting. There are a million other ways to pull with any class, but since I am a Druid, I am only suggesting root pulls based on my own experience.
Loot ==== It took 1.5 hours to get 1 -Pure Blood no more seen being there 3 hours.

We (56 mage, 56 cleric, 54 pally, 52 shaman) we're hunting them last night in Nadox for the Pure Blood drops. None of the ones that we killed were casters, and we didn't have any Horrors spawn after they died.
With that said these are still plenty tough with a lot of HP. Almost all of my 75% slow spells stuck on the first cast which helped considerably as the these guys hit for 120 - 150hp on a regular basis. If you do not have a slower in your party then your healer is going to be kept very busy.
Going back for more as none of the ones we killed last night dropped the Pure Blood.
I am a 54 shaman and my wizzie friend who was with me lvl 51 were exploring and found one of these after a long passage of underwater caverns, conned white gamble to me. We decided to leave him alone
Im 62 and they all con dk blue so there level is around starting 52 and up to 56 some you cannot pacify which is capped at 56. Also when you kill them Horrors can spawn out of them up to 3.
