Strand of EtherSheesh! This thing scared the bageebus outta me the first time I sprung the trap! I just love the creepy new spiders they've put in the planes!
Anyway, there are two Painweaver traps. The first is indeed there at the intersection where the Hopedefiler wanders. The second is a ways down the level path (not the steep slope, the short path to the small flight of steps or up the path the Hopedefiler traverses). Blasted thing takes up the entire coridor. I was sneaking when I sprung the trap (saw the message) and backpedaled back to the group, staring right into it's beedy little eyes as I did so. I'm not sure why it didn't attack. /boggle
Both Painweavers dropped the Strand of Living Chain, so I was surprised to not see it listed here.
Happy exterminating. HAHAHA!

At one point, when you pass the hopedefiler, there is a trap with this guy. "Ooop, you didn't see me", says the painweaver.
He has a bucket of hps, hits for 434 or so, but he snare/roots - Glistening Web, which makes him a little more annoying than usual.
