Well, there's only 4 known NPC that killing lowers this faction , though it is possible for other NPC to be on that faction they would have to be unkillable or inconsistent with pretty much everything else in the game in which an NPC that gives negative faction hits is usually on one of the factions you lose.
also dropped bone armplates
if you worship Rallos Zek, whatever you do, dont kill any of these ogres. Faction with Zek goes down, and not a thing you can do to raise it again.
