Shares spawn point with Vexven Mucktail.
You can find him at /loc 815, 105, -99.
There is also another static spawn near him by the tree just as you go up the slope to his location.
Additionally there are 2 roamers which will walk up the slope as well so be careful if camping him while the gnolls are still within EXP range of you since they will run up and may aggro you just as you are fighting Vexven.
If you don't want to bother with killing the gnoll placeholders and roamers, and you have non-KOS faction standing with the guards, then you can just kite all the gnolls to the guards and have the guards kill them for you. This way you get rid of them quicker if you are just after the named spawn.

Respawn timer on PH is 7 minutes on Aradune TLP (same as Vexven)
I can only confirm that he popped in the static spawn gnoll loc south of the Captain's bridge on the path leading up to cross the bridge (parapet).

spent 1 MONTh on gnolls trying to get this guy to spanw maybe over 200 HOURS, finally he popped near high pass gate to EK,m i killed him and looted, my ISP went dead and i LD, i reestrta PC loaded game back up quick and got to game after 8min12 seconds, ,
yet again i have been cheated by the universe

Took three hours to get grinex to spawn in High pass hold

this guy spawns in east karana after you kill off a few of his brothers..they spawn at -767.39 -2416.64..they spawn one by one the 3 will pop one of them being grenix..and then when i was typing this grenix poped again..both times he didnt drop the axe
the Grenix in EK is not te same as the one in HH

this mob spawns on a cliff near the ek zone line ...he spawns..stands there for a few seconds ..says "for the glory of zek.ATTACK!!" and runs into a captain and gets killed....this seems to be able a 5 - 10 minute spawn and has a PH of a gnoll champion.

Although Grenix does spawn in E. Karana, I do not believe he is the same as his counterpart in HighPass. The Karana Grenix is not nearly as hard to kill as his counterpart and I do not believe that the Karana Grenix drops the Polished Granite Tomahawk.
